Create a transcoding system that allows publishing of live mobile video calls to the web in flash. And supply the video caller with a video channel displaying the number of users currently watching his stream.

Our SceneChange product that is to go from beta to release soon, has been extended with flash output support. The extreme flexibility of SceneChange allows us to easily create simultaneous outputs of live flash streams, flash file and jpeg-images from an incoming 3G video call. The overlay support in SceneChange takes care of delivering real-time feedback to the video caller.

Technology
SceneChange's SOAP interface allowed for easy integration by icemobile with the 3g video gateway. The transcoding streams necessary for every video call are setup on every incoming call and removed when the call ends. The system is completely scalable and runs unattended for months already.
